Functional Overview

Our Solutions function is responsible for much more than its name suggests. By focusing on innovation and technology, Solutions helps the company solve a variety of business challenges such as predicting out-of-stock product, big-data analytics and supporting e-commerce platforms. It’s so much more than just resetting your home router.

Program Overview

In this program, you’ll see how our Solutions group shapes how Anheuser-Busch stays ahead of the competition through the use of technology-based solutions. You will get an opportunity to learn the ins and outs of traditional IT activities as well as business solutions for a variety of short-term, cross- functional assignments in:

  • Logistics

  • Accounting

  • Application Development

  • Business Intelligence

  • Customer Service Management

  • Innovations

  • Architecture

  • Human Resources

Job Responsibilities

  • Providing day to day support to various operating departments while driving improvements in business processes

  • Managing multiple objectives and assignments in a fast paced environment

  • Ensuring adherence & compliance to various company policies and standards

Qualifications

  • Student working towards a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Engineering related field (ex: Business/Information Systems Management, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, Industrial Engineering/Supply Chain, Human Resources or related field)

  • Good leadership, organizational, technical, interpersonal & communication skills

  • Strong problem solving skills with the ability to analyze & interpret data

  • Ability to learn quickly & handle multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (ex: Excel, Word, PowerPoint) required

  • Experience in SAP or advanced Excel capabilities (ex: macros and VBA) preferred

  • GPA 3.0 average or above
