This function is responsible for managing our talent pipeline and ensuring we have the right people in the right function, helping us drive results and grow in our business. The people team oversees all recruitment and selection as well as workforce planning, target setting, labor relations, employee relations, and talent management. This function is constantly evolving based on the business strategy and forecasted needs.
Training Program Overview
This is an intense program that provides learning opportunities across recruitment and selection, college relations, employer branding, workforce planning, labor relations, employee relations, talent management, and training and development. Our people are our greatest asset, so this department is at the heart of our business.
First Roles Overview
The People Trainee Program will give you an in-depth look across our people department to teach and prepare you before your first role. In these entry-level management roles you’ll have the opportunity to have a direct impact on the business and influence key decisions—there’s no hiding in the back of the room at Anheuser-Busch. From entry level to zone president, everyone has a seat at the table and is expected to bring their best every day. Your training is just the foundation; and your first role is where you’ll make a difference. Some examples of first roles for this program are: people supervisor , and corporate recruiter , among others.
Opportunity to develop leadership skills and true business experience
Rotational program through different divisions of the company including corporate and field locations
Exposure to various People (HR) functions including recruitment, generalist, talent management, compensation, learning & development
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Labor Studies, Business or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
GPA of 3.0 or higher required
Must be mobile within the United States as placement after training period may be located in any of our locations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong leadership qualities and ability to lead by example.
Assertiveness, pro-activeness, and the ability to think ahead.
Ability to influence the decision making process by working with people at all levels of the company.
Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, project planning/management, and organization skills
Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite of tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Office, etc.)
