Support the RegionalMarketing Team and wholesaler partners in development of state of the art localmedia plans with emphasis in social medial, digital & local channels andexperiential T1 events.
Support wholesalerspartners communicating total media plans and experiential opportunities
Lead socialmedia and digital process across teams including marketing, sales, wholesalerpartners, legal department and outside agencies.
Budgetmanagement and tracking.
Partner withNational and Local brand teams as well as agencies, sales team and wholesalersto implement and develop cutting edge and robust marketing programs thatdeliver incremental sales and memorable experiences.
Support theRegional Marketing Team managing local media budget and co-ops budgets withwholesalers.
Educate localbrand teams, sales team and wholesaler partners in new local media trends andmedia planning principles with focus on digital tools.
Support outdoor,digital, television, radio and other advertising processes to assure on timedelivery of marketing campaigns.
Managetraffic of OOH locations and Social Media Posts.
Media Campaign Planning:
Serve as aninternal consultant, working with assigned brand managers to develop communicationsstrategies that address brand objectives and deliver business results.
Lead mediaagencies and suppliers to deliver effective and efficient campaigns, onstrategy, on budget, and on time.
Tightlymanage and optimize assigned brand media budgets.
Digital Media Capabilities and Innovation:
Maintainrelationships and manage projects with digital and social media partners(Facebook, Twitter, Google) as well as other marketing partners.
Vet potentialnew vendors, platforms, innovations and provide recommendations on pilotprograms.
Understandmedia metrics and their implications; set benchmarks and identify KPIs.
Manage thedelivery of campaign results, interpreting data and highlighting opportunitiesfor optimization.
Serve asinternal expert on digital media best practices.
Identifyopportunities to improve marketing team media literacy; work with agencies,suppliers, and global ABI colleagues to develop and deliver training workshopsand toolkits.
Supportvaluation process of new and existing partnerships: festivals, events, andsports properties.
Work withsales and marketing to identify beer volume opportunity and brand fit.
Valuation andnegotiation of sponsorship terms and assets.
Work with legaland procurement to draft and finalize contracts.
A UniversityDegree in Business or related field
Minimum 2years’ experience in marketing on the agency or client side; Must haveexperience planning and activating consumer facing marketing campaigns, withemphasis in digital and social media and/or experiential marketing.
Must have astrong technical knowledge of digital media and digital advertising strategy.
Must bring afocused, detailed and disciplined approach to project management and budgetmanagement.
Basic understandingon consumer behavior and Marketing Mix
Must be ateam player with a strong ability to build and maintain relationships acrossmultiple stakeholders.
Strongquantitative and qualitative analytical thinking and creative problem solving.
Excellentcommunication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to prioritizeand manage a wide range of projects.
Ability tounderstand how marketing support the sales organization.
Must becurious, ambitious, and hungry for constant growth.
