  • Organize management committees, travel arrangements, anniversaries, etc.

  • Ensure that managers comply with sales process (check list, RVP, etc.)

  • Conduct follow-up on correspondence (mail, e-mails, various messages) and on management committee matters, particularly those related to the national executive office

  • Promote and follow up on the SEP Québec and $5 programs

  • Follow up action plans of all managers (target planning, target monitoring, target appraisals)

  • Help organize and arrange work of management committee and related follow-up (arranging meetings, preparing documents, providing technical support, proofreading documents, etc.) Ensure that maintenance of sector is satisfactory

  • Provide support to managers reporting to regional director by coordinating data entry of skills evaluations and by helping to set individual objectives

  • Ensure that reports on sales and market data are available on a daily basis. Make sure that managers adhere to budgets as regards management team’s fringe benefits

  • Plan, organize and take care of logistics as regards special meetings and other events. Determine schedule of activities and provide relevant follow-up. Prepare material, equipment and requisite documentation

  • Draft, revise and print management documents and supporting material

  • Make pertinent recommendations that can lead to improvements in the sector’s sphere of activities


  • This is an evolving entry-level position. Successful candidate is interested in pursuing a career path with Labatt, particularly within the various commercial departments in Quebec.

  • College diploma in electronic office systems and administration, or relevant experience.

  • B.A. in administration or related discipline, or other experience deemed relevant.

  • Mastery of Microsoft Office software essential.

  • Preferably 1 to 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
