  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

  • A clear understanding and demonstrated knowledge of safety policies and procedures.

  • Ensure all standard operating procedures (SOP’s), plant policies are followed at all times.

  • Ability to follow oral and written instructions.

  • Team player with good communication skills.

  • Other routine tasks as necessary.

  • Part Time Work –Monday through Friday, during peak season it will be 40 hours per week.


  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Must be willing and able to work any weekday and some weekends for duration of employment.

  • Must be able to work in varying temperatures and climates.

  • Ability to engage in physical activities and manual labor, as required including but not limited to: prolonged standing, walking, lifting, pushing, pulling, and bending.

  • Ability to lift items up to 50 pounds required.

  • Experience in agriculture and greenhouse work helpful.

  • Valid Driver's License.
