Direct the efforts of the Sales & MarketingDepartment to achieve all sales related objectives including volume, share,distribution, shelf space, etc.
Direct, lead, motivate and develop Departmentpersonnel including selection, performance management and employee relations.
Establish and monitor quality control standards(product freshness, finished product loss, etc.).
Responsible for successful execution of nationaland local marketing programs.
Develop sales forecasts for volume budgets,monthly projections, projected year end and other statistical and marketingreports. Develop and monitor sales and marketing expense budgets. Monitor andapprove all expenses and complete monthly variance reports.
Ensure compliance with all legal guidelines,Wholesaler Equity Agreement and Anheuser-Busch standards and policies.
Maintain retail call frequency as required bythe Equity Agreement.
Bachelor's degree required. Advance degreepreferred.
Seven years sales/marketing experiencepreferably in the beer or consumer products industry. Five years salesmanagement experience.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.Strong internal and external customer orientation.
Highly organized with ability to managepriorities and coordinate multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent strategicanalysis and critical thinking skills.
Knowledge of budget development and management.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Professionalism and ability to maintainconfidentiality. Strong leadership, influence and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of local, state and federal liquorlaws.
