  • Support West Region achievement of WOD T2 DPO Means / SKPI targets and results.

  • Serve as the West Region DPO subject matter expert and provide counsel to Sr. Mgt.

  • Represent the West Region and interact regularly with Zone Implementation Manager, Zone Pillar Owners and Global DPO Managers.

  • Lead, facilitate and coach PDCA (plan, do, check, act) roll out, problem solving and root cause analysis on key financial and performance challenges.

  • Support WOD strategic planning and target setting initiatives through chronic issues analysis.

  • Support West Region strategic planning and results performance through MCRS Routine.

  • Monitor and perform internal audits for DPO compliance using all guidelines and tools of the sustainability phase to support the Zonal Excellence Performance Program.

  • Lead and coach Managers on the correct use of the Management pillar tools and methodologies. Drive embedment of Technical Pillars in all departments, including knowledge of pillar requirements and visualization.

  • Drive sustainability as a member of the DPO Excellence Team by performing on-site DPO assessments in all NAZ Tier 2 locations (specializing in 1-2 pillars.

  • Ensure NAZ DPO standards are aligned with global auditing criteria.

  • Lead and execute a DPO project that will improve DPO execution throughout West Region WOD’s.

  • Collaborate with corporate pillar owners to share best practices throughout the zone



  • BS degree required.Engineering, Science or Management degree preferred.

  • Minimum Min 1-3 yearsoperational experience; management experience preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal,problem solving and root cause analysis skills

  • Ability to influence,coach and facilitate.

  • MS PowerPointproficiency – Excellent.

  • MS Excel proficiency –Excellent.

  • Project managementskills preferred.

  • Looking for more experience in Lean principles, sixsigma (green or black belt).
