Description

  • Adhere to plant safety and 5S requirements;Complete assigned work efficiently and per Standard Operating Procedures(SOP's).

  • Lead process improvement and initiate change.

  • Analyze process data and make decisions onequipment maintenance and improvement activities.

  • Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) andPredictive Maintenance (PdM) to increase equipment reliability and up-time.

  • Comply with all safety standards and regulationsprovided by the company and government (e.g. LOTO, Work Permits, etc.)

  • Utilize SAP to accurately and thoroughlydocument and track all corrective and preventive maintenance performedthroughout the course of the day; including searching and issuing parts,documenting equipment issues and entering inspection/measurement points.

  • Prioritize and self-schedule maintenance workaround production activities to achieve both productionand maintenance KPI's.

  • Drive brewery goals & objectives throughindividually led projects and continuous improvement activities.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.

  • 3 year industrial electrical/programmingexperience or two-year technical degree preferred.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skillsand the ability to work effectively in a team environment with people ofvarying skills and backgrounds.

  • Highly motivated, self-directed, multi craftedworker that is able to work autonomously in a fast paced and often loudproduction environment.

  • Knowledge of safety policies and procedures isrequired (e.g. lock out / tag out, high voltage electrical).

  • PLC programming required; multiple platformssuch as Allen Bradley PLC5, Control Logix, HMI, Siemens and Servo Driveprogramming and troubleshooting experience preferred.

  • Ability to troubleshoot problems, identify rootcauses (e.g. six sigma analysis) and propose and implement remedies.

  • Ability to perform calibrations, installationand maintenance of process and analytical instrumentation.

  • Ability to troubleshoot and re-wire high speedand/or highly automated equipment such as AC/DC motors, VFDs, PLCs, servomotors, and PLC I/O modules.

  • Mechanical troubleshooting experience in highspeed packaging and/or highly automated continuous process environmentpreferred.

  • Ability to work weekends and holidays on allshifts (days, afternoons and midnights). Must be able to work in varyingtemperatures and climates.
