Brand Manager, Regional Marketing
Reporting into theMarketing Director Southeast Region, this position will be based in Miami, FLand is responsible for managing the marketing plan of a selected group ofAnheuser-Busch core and emerging brands in the Southeast region (FL, GA, SC,NC, TN, AL, & MS).
The Brand manager willlead implementation of the national calendar and development of localinitiatives. The main objective is to drive local relevancy whilemaintaining the national brand strategy and supporting national/regional brandobjectives and goals.
This position will drivecommercial integration between marketing and sales, and will be the brandsteward among external and internal regional stake holders.

Responsible for Regional Marketing Calendar implementation and development of local campaigns and relevant content.
Manage Local brand budgets and agency relationships.
Writing and presenting campaign briefs.
Leads marketing program integration with local Media and Experiential teams.
Communicate initiatives to a diverse group of key stakeholders: NYC HQ Brand Teams, Region Sales Team, Trade Marketing Team, Key Account Managers and Wholesaler partners.
Collaborates with National and Regional Marketing teams to develop annual brand plans.
Provides input to selected national marketing projects and serves as a regional subject matter expert.
Seeks opportunities to bring innovative solutions to meet changing local business needs.
Partners with sales organization and wholesaler to understand local market and customer needs and identify new ideas and programs that deliver on those opportunities.
Understands trends, competitive market data and consumer insights to drive actionable marketing programs and measureable results.
Lead marketing/innovation projects and interact with all levels of internal and external contacts.
This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four year college or university.
At least 4-5 years of experience in consumer packaged goods marketing, brand management, advertising/marketing account management or sponsorship activation.
Highly entrepreneurial but also collaborative; demonstrated ability to develop effective marketing programs.
Proven ability to provide clear leadership and direction to cross-functional teams.
Ability to drive results by a combination of perseverance and influencing skills.
