Anheuser-Busch Resident Engineer in Moorhead, Minnesota
Reporting to the Director the Resident Engineer is responsible for the comprehensive management of site integrated capital activities, capital planning and PI verification, project deployment and status tracking, procedural and compliance management, interfacing with Zone engineering support and other related activities.
Responsibility also extends to maintenance contractors executing work for the company.
Responsible for the overall engineering of facility leading projects and teams that include utilities and the Maintenance Manager
Department Head/Senior Management Team responsibilities and other activities; coaching and development for Utilities and Engineering staff members,general facilities management, participation and deployment of various Zone initiatives, plant outage contingency planning, etc.
Utilization of VPO tools to achieve KPI targets and close gaps in performance (root cause analysis, Gap Analysis, MCRS meeting schedules and action logs, 5-Whys, PDCA and SDCA cycles, etc.).
Manage 3yr planning cycle of cost and viability projects
Responsible for Champions savings projects
Responsible for IT and contact with Zone automation
Ensures that personnel engage in safe work practices in compliance with site-specific safety procedures and AB standards.
Manage daily project activities including project ZBB budget, schedule, contract requirements and inspections.
Provide engineering and technical expertise
Engineering Management or MBA degree preferred.
5 years’ experience in an operating/processing facility.
Strong interpersonal, communication, business acumen, financial and technical/problem solving skills.
Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with multiple customers and support groups to achieve a desired goal.
Ability to relocate within the U.S.
