  • Work with our Craft Partners to build sustainable growth plans and selling programs

  • Lead key High End Strategic projects by identifying insights and opportunities to drive sustainable growth

  • Support Commercial Planning and Performance Management team by providing routine sales reporting, sales & share analysis, root causes analysis and ad hoc reporting, focusing on our Craft Portfolio.

  • Lead and assist the monthly US Craft Commercial Performance Review process by tracking results and analyzing gaps and provide recommendations to optimize performance.


  • Bachelor's Degree required, Master’s Degree preferred.

  • 2 years of sales & analytic experience within consumer product industry

  • Strong knowledge & expertise of analyzing product performance in CPG company, using variety of data & tools including syndicated data, decision support tools, sales reporting, etc.

  • Expert with Microsoft Office. SQL, SAS, & VBA skill set a plus.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment, with multiple high-priority projects, while turning data into actionable analysis.

  • Strong communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
