Description

A criticallyimportant role within the US Insights organization, the Insights Manager -Media Effectiveness will elevate media measurement, performance analytics, and methodologicalapproaches for the Marketing teams at Anheuser-Busch. Working in partnershipwith the Connections (Media) team, this individual will help shape strategy,performance measurement, and drive actionable insights for commerciallyintegrated (media, digital, experiential and retail) executions.

KeyResponsibilities:

Consumer Marketing Measurement

  • Serve asinternal expert on media and marketing measurement including traditional anddigital

  • Refineand execute measurement tools, including Marketing Mix Modelling, CampaignMeasurement, creative benchmarking and sponsorship ROI

  • Design, interpret andimprove upon research methodologies for media, digital and experientialmeasurement

  • Develop KPI standardization,integrity and governance for emerging platforms

  • Influenceoptimal connections strategies, customer targeting, portfolio strategy andallocation of resources

  • Managethe collection, reporting, analysis, and sharing of performance measurement todata driven planning and strategies

  • Developand automate monthly standard reporting (includingmedia ROI, creative performance - ACE, social listening)

  • Develop,pilot and refine measurements for consumer marketing from commercials throughretail execution (point of sale materials)

  • Insights Leadership

  • Partnerwith brands and marketing agencies to ensure better alignment betweenmeasurement, reporting and strategic business objectives

  • Transformperformance results and learnings into actionable strategy and planning todrive a system of marketing excellence

  • Prioritizeconsumer first insights through reports, presentations, workshops and briefingsin order to maximize effectiveness

  • Managethe collection, reporting, analysis, and sharing of performance measurement todata driven planning and strategies

  • Insightslead for cross functional data steering committee on piloting new analyticalapproaches to solve critical business questions

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree requiredin quantitative / business discipline. Masters / MBA a plus

  • 4-6 years with prioritygiven to those who have the follow types of work experiences: Media Planningand Measurement; Analytics; Marketing Strategy.

  • Experience leading and / orworking with complex data analytics highly preferred.

  • Experience working acrossCPG matrix organization preferred, beverage industry preferred

  • Passion for data,measurement, and strategic problem solving

  • Strong communication skills,both internal and external, with ability to craft detailed and executive levelpresentations and storylines

  • Proficiency in PowerPoint,Excel and internal system tools, required

  • Knowledge of SPSS, R, SASand/or Python a plus
