Function: Pubs

  • Increase Quality, Service Level, and Profitability at 10 pubs and taprooms across five craft breweries

  • Serve as subject matter expert and single point of contact for Operations for all East pubs and taprooms in US

  • Own the routines to analyze root causes of gaps-to-budget and work with brewery stakeholders to execute action plans to close them

  • Share best practices across our US locations and with Global Pubs Team

  • Report to senior management on major initiatives

  • Oversee hiring and training of new employees at new openings

  • Test and implement new ways of operating to ensure long term relevance in an ever-changing market

  • 20% travel to pubs and taprooms


  • B.S/B.A Degree in Hospitality, Finance, Business, Entrepreneurship, Marketing or related field

  • 10 years of experience in the restaurant industry with 5 years in a Multi-Unit Manager role

  • Ability to balance corporate expectations with craft culture

  • Ability to be comfortable and effective in a kitchen and a board room

  • Alcohol industry experience, cicerone/sommelier/brewing/winemaking training a plus

  • Working knowledge of Google Docs, Spreadsheets, Slides or Microsoft equivalents
