  • Set standards and direct initiatives to manage and improve WOD facilities, delivery equipment, and warehouse material handling equipment maintenance

  • Establish asset replacement strategy and direct corresponding planning activities

  • Oversee/track preventative maintenance tracking execution

  • Direct budget process and 3 year plans for all WOD warehouse and delivery related packages

  • Monitor utility usage and efficiency management, providing direction to WOD facilities as needed to address variances and/or implement PI opportunities

  • Manage/approve WOD capital planning process

  • Guide development of long term facilities/equipment maintenance strategy, equipment/fleet sizing, and "green management strategy/initiatives

  • Manage vendor relations for issues relating to facilities, material handling, delivery, and information technology-hardware

  • Actively participate in salaried/operator recruitment and talent retention

  • Identify and develop strategy for future warehouse and delivery technologies


  • Bachelors Degree in engineering, operations management, supply chain required - Masters in engineering, operations management, supply chain and/or MBA preferred

  • 5-7 years management experience in a warehouse/distribution center environment required

  • Extensive background and knowledge of facilities operations, facility/fleet maintenance, warehouse/distributions information systems

  • Excellent analytical, communication and project management skills with the ability to function and effectively influence in a cross functional environment

  • Experience in identifying/implementing optimal solutions and technologies in material handling equipment, delivery fleets, and equipment maintenance

  • Excellent leadership and management skills
