Provide a robust executive talent pipeline and hire the best talent for various business units. Primary functions include workforce planning, sourcing, researching, screening, evaluating and referring qualified candidates, in addition to working with human resources generalists and hiring managers on driving hiring decisions.
Understand the company’s organizational structure and desired skill set needed for each position. Assist in the creation of the employment advertisement and post positions when needed.
Identify hiring needs, and recruit qualified candidates using various resources including; strategic internet sourcing, internal applicant tracking system as examples.
Pre-screen and interview candidates utilizing a variety of behavioral and situational questioning.
Consult with the human resources generalists and hiring managers to evaluate candidate competencies and extend offers.
Serve as an advocate for and a representative of the company to applicants and external sources.
Drive continuous improvement in the selection process by bringing innovative solutions to address existing gaps.
Manage the continuous improvement for two key recruitment systems – Taleo (ATS), LinkedIn Recruiter and TalentWise (Onboarding).
Develop reports and analyze data for various recruitment metrics.
Support various special projects as described above.
Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
2 years of Executive recruitment experience.
Effective analytical and project planning/project management skills.
Ability to work with people at all levels of the company and influence the decision process.
Demonstrated effective communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Suite of tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Office, etc.).
