Professionally respond to Grant’s Farm guest needs in person, on the phone, and electronically
Provide administrative support to all departments at Grant’s Farm
Professionally communicate with corporate departments, outside vendors, and contractors
Process and track invoices
Review utility statements to insure correct billing and payments
Purchase and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, uniforms, office supplies, and miscellaneous materials
Maintain operation of printers/copy machines, phone systems, and informational recorded message line
Experience in the guest relations field required
Must be service oriented
Must have excellent written and oral communications skills
Must be detail oriented
Must possess creative problem solving skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn company specific applications/systems
Must be willing to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
Must be able to change focus and priorities throughout the day
Willingness to learn all departments at Grant’s Farm for the purpose of providing quality support
