Description

  • Professionally respond to Grant’s Farm guest needs in person, on the phone, and electronically

  • Provide administrative support to all departments at Grant’s Farm

  • Professionally communicate with corporate departments, outside vendors, and contractors

  • Process and track invoices

  • Review utility statements to insure correct billing and payments

  • Purchase and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, uniforms, office supplies, and miscellaneous materials

  • Maintain operation of printers/copy machines, phone systems, and informational recorded message line

Qualifications

  • Experience in the guest relations field required

  • Must be service oriented

  • Must have excellent written and oral communications skills

  • Must be detail oriented

  • Must possess creative problem solving skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and willingness to learn company specific applications/systems

  • Must be willing to work weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays

  • Must be able to change focus and priorities throughout the day

  • Willingness to learn all departments at Grant’s Farm for the purpose of providing quality support
