Craft Procurement/Integration role is responsible for the Zone Variable Costs craft budgeting processes (one-year plan and three-year plan), monthly tracking and monitoring processes, full year financial estimates, commodities, foreign exchange exposures, procurement tools management and serve as the point of contact for the US Integrations team. The role works closely with Global Procurement, Supply and High End planning and performance management teams.
Work closely with Global Procurement PPM team to ensure global processes and guidelines are implemented and followed.
Lead Craft budgeting, financial estimate tracking and benchmarking, working with Finance, Supply, Logistics and High End functions (including monthly P&L reconciliations).
Lead commodity exposure and coverage tracking, working closely with the Variable Cost Procurement PPM Director.
Lead foreign currency exposure and tracking of coverage on direct costs.
Business Cycle: Lead one-year plan and three-year plan activities for Craft Procurement.
Support Procurement sourcing and implementation teams with monthly reports and data analysis.
Support Business Intelligence (BI) Solutions: Provide input for functional design to set up BI solutions systems.
Serve as point of contact for US Integrations team and ensure smooth transition to business as usual for Craft and non-alcohol locations.
Integrate Craft and new acquisitions into the current ways of working.
Bachelor's degree in Business (especially Finance or Accounting) or Engineering.
CPA or CFA preferred.
Experience with SAP, Orchestrated Beer (OBeer), Microsoft suite and advanced database tools (such as SQL) preferred.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, influence and communication skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Ability to effectively interact with all levels of management, including senior management.
Required to travel and be onsite for newly acquired facilities.
