This entry level role willprovide candidates the opportunity to learn brewery logistics while ensuringstrong customer relations with your assigned wholesaler groups. Responsibilities

  • Support transportation performance and cost reductionprocesses for a facility (Brewery or DC) in the US

  • Own performance and reporting of key transportation metrics

  • Explore process change opportunities and drive continuousimprovement

  • Support brewery service level agreements (direct loading,manage floor inventory, adjust and react to production variances) by properschedule synchronization & order configuration

  • Coordination of planned & unplanned events such as newproduct rollouts, product holds, recalls, return material expediting, lastminute promotions, damaged product, special events, same day beer coordination,mis-shipments & natural disasters

  • Work effectively as a team member within the Logisticsexecution team

  • Actively participate in a positive manner to execute,support, monitor, and achieve Logistics KPIs and goals

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills (telephone and email) areessential

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Business,Supply Chain Management, or Operations

  • Strong teamwork & problem solving skills

  • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, changingenvironment

  • Strong organization and attention to detail, with excellentfollow-up skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior business or internship experience, particularly in atransportation or supply chain role
