Non-Alcohol Sales Manager

Description

  • District Manager related duties to include following withwholesalers: weekly tracking vs budget, monthly WPR performance, communicationon all Non Alc related initiatives

  • Direct liaison from Non Alc Corporate team to Region team

  • Train wholesalers on all aspects of Non Alcoholic brands: Route tomarket, Non Alc selling to retailers, pricing, Independent sell-in (Free Fills,Customer Market Agreement)

  • Share / create best practices to drive Non Alc growth

  • Weekly follow up on INBI and other key gaps for each major chain /programming sold

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (emphasis in Business, Sales, and/or Marketing is strongly desired).

  • Basic knowledge of retail initiatives (particularly Category Management and information-based selling).

  • Advanced computer software proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Internet).

  • High level of expertise in analyzing information and making information based recommendations.

  • Strong familiarity with syndicated data, software and measures is preferred.

  • Effective Communications/Presenting, follow-up, administrative and organizational skills.

  • Field and retail sales experience in the beverage industry or other consumer products industries.

  • Ability to work and drive positive results in a fast-paced, team environment.

  • Driven to deliver results against stretch targets.
