Description

  • Effectively and safely operate and maintain can manufacturing equipment with a focus on safety, quality, production and cost goals

  • Perform quality, maintenance and housekeeping checks while managing technical processes

  • Assume supplemental responsibilities or tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED Certification

  • 3 years' hands-on equipment mechanical / maintenance experience; preferably in a high speed manufacturing or packaging facility

  • Proficient in mechanical troubleshooting

  • Proficient knowledge with conveyors, pneumatic and hydraulic systems

  • Able and willing to work a rotating 12-hour schedule, including day and night shift rotation every 8 weeks, and required weekends and holidays

  • Willing to work mandatory overtime as required
